Welcome to Xango Creation. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of TermsBy purchasing from or interacting with Xango Creation, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that you legally agree to these Terms.

2. Intellectual PropertyAll content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and intellectual property displayed on our platform are the sole property of Xango Creation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our material without express written consent.

3. General Orders and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through our authorized payment gateways.
• Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Custom and Personalized OrdersBecause custom-made items require specialized labor and non-reusable materials, specific deposit and cancellation policies apply to all personalized commissions:

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work or production begins. No raw materials will be purchased or drafts created until this payment clears.
• Early Cancellation: If you cancel before production begins, you forfeit only the initial 50% deposit.
• Mid-Production Cancellation: If production has already started, you are responsible for paying the full 100% quoted project price.
• Design Changes: Revisions requested after design approval may incur additional material and labor fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are projections and not guarantees.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Custom Order Fulfillment: Custom items will not ship until the final remaining balance is paid in full.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Standard Items: Our general refund policy outlines your rights regarding standard product returns.
• Custom Items: Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered.
• Defective Items: Exceptions for custom items are made only if the item arrives physically damaged or structurally defective. You must contact us within a specified timeframe from delivery to report issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xango Creation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xango Creation operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those updates.
